Tess E. Johnson, Associate

Tess E. Johnson, Esq., is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Enenstein Ribakoff LaViña & Pham, where she represents clients in several of the Firm’s practice areas, including civil rights defense, business disputes, and personal injury defense.  In addition to being licensed to practice in Nevada, Tess is also barred in California and has recently passed the Arizona bar exam.

Prior to joining Enenstein Ribakoff LaViña & Pham, Tess gained experience defending personal injury cases for corporate and institutional clients at the law firm of Backus, Carranza & Burden.

Tess is a graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was a member of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, publishing a note on the regulation of tribal off-reservation gaming.  Tess also worked at the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic during law school, advising indigent clients on immigration issues.

Prior to law school, Tess attended Vassar College in New York where she earned her B.A. in both History and in Russian Studies, and was also a member of Vassar’s volleyball team.  Tess also spent a semester abroad in St. Petersburg to study the Russian language.

Tess is a native Nevadan and a proud alumna of Green Valley High School.
